“Taco Tuesday” may have originated as a restaurant marketing strategy in the United States (we can find an example as far back as 1933) but it has become a ubiquitous meal at home as well. There are taco traditions in other countries, like Norway and Sweden, where they often associate tacos with Friday night dinner.
