At the foreground of the jigsaw puzzle is a wee French farmhouse, and if you look closely you will see a small boy leaving the house for his daily adventure. Almost oblivious of the landscape because it is so much a part of him that he does not notice its particular beauty as separate from himself, he winds through fields and vineyards. Although he is untouched by their promises of bread and wine, he is fully enveloped in the adventures they hold for today. Trees are homes, frogs are friends, and in the distance, a mountain beckons promising future adventures.
